189a661d09 Add support for caching content viewers in session history to speed up back/forward (bug 274784). This initial landing has the feature disabled by default; set browser.sessionhistory.max_viewers to the maximum number of pages to cache to enable the feature. r=bzbarsky, sr/a=brendan.

4152e1ae96 Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. 8e66ad6d8e bug 64945 stage two. 
Prettyprint without modifying the DOM by using an XBL binding. Use viewsource.css for styling. Also refactor a real sync-load service and make transformiix and XBL use it.

Revising nsIChannel to allow for overlapped i/o. This consists of three parts:

1. Factoring nsIChannel into a protocol specific part, the nsIChannel, and a socket specific, the nsITransport.
2. Derive the nsIChannel from a nsIRequest.
2. Changes the notification system from necko and the URILoader to pass the nsIRequest interface instead of nsIChannel interface.

This goal stems from wanting to be able to have active AsyncRead and AsyncWrite operations on nsSocketTransport.
This is desired because it would greatly simplify the task of maintaining persistent/reusable socket connections
for FTP, HTTP, and Imap (and potentially other protocols). The problem with the existing nsIChannel interface is
that it does not allow one to selectively suspend just one of the read or write operations while keeping the other active.
