f81bf95cc0 fix more issues with the ZIP builds. 
greprefs aren't getting packaged into the windows .zip builds, leading to lots of random errors
and problems.

1692676f99 Bug #285510 --> Get rid of platformCommunicator overlays. Stop relying on xpfe\communicator\platform stuff.
