4d0478ee3c Changes for qnx/photon platform only. They should not affect building/runtime other platforms. 
Bug 240827
Fixed the fd( pipe ) leakeage related to event queues, due to improper handling in nsAppShell for our platform.

Also changes for nsFilePicker and nsSound due to changes to nsIFilePicker, nsISound.

d0d739d06c Changes for the qnx(photon) platform only. It should not affect building/runtime other platforms. 
Moved the xremote server setup ( PtConnector create ) to nsPhMozRemoteHelper.cpp where it belonged in the first place.
The immediate reason was that the embedding stuff, if run first, would have set up the connector,
making the subsequent xremote commands fail.

1726f20f26 Changes for the photon platform - they should not affect build/runtime on the other platforms 
The menus now have a region covering the whole screen for dismissal outside of the main window canvas.
Cleaned up the code.
Tried to speed it up.

1c01a7c9db Re-worked nsAppShell to more closely correspond to the GTK version of 
nsAppShell. This caused me to have to move the PtInit call to nsToolkit,
the PtModalStart/PtModalEnd to nsWindow and the creation of the PhWidLog
to nsWidgetFactory. This is the PHOTON UI only.

2dd5f95279 Added new static memer mModalCount to be used when a modal dialog 
is created. Now calling PtModalStart/End, this fixed the problem with
widgets not highlighting properly when the mouse moved over them on a
modal dialog.
