e4d434e2ba Move build logic for static builds into separate .mk so that it doesn't have to be duplicated across Makefiles. Use slightly more generic name for _getModuleInfo function so that it can be used for multiple binaries.

488ebf1dbd fix bug #41820. The gtk embedding widget will now startup and shutdown XPCOM properly. Also, fix code that was broken when the nsIWebProgress changes happened. edfdaaa3a8 General cleanup of the shared library rules. 
Quick fix for bug #36844.
Since people kept forgetting to wrap SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS inside MKSHLIB_FORCE_ALL & MKSHLIB_UNFORCE_ALL pairs, we now handle it in rules.mk.  Same goes for making $(SHARED_LIBRARY) dependent upon $(SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS).
