fd21a37d46 changed nsIView::Init() so that it no longer takes an opacity value. this 
allows the view manager to maintain global state re: opacity.

081ed90d75 nsIFormControlFrames initiate insertion into nsFormFrame's list; 
turned off url encoding of '.' and '_" to match Nav
fixed bug where non clicked buttons submitted data;
fixed bug where <select>s with initial values were not submitting that value;

7eac0bfdac Separated reflow process out of nsIFrame and into nsIFrameReflow. Also

2fc9e622cf Fix mac build bustage. Variables declared in the init section of a loop are not valid beyond the scope of the loop (regardless of what VC++ says).
