d6978955f9 Bug 302080, HFS+ volume header's finder info openfolder field is not being set when packaging on Panther because bless won't work there. Go back to using makehybrid, which is better, but pass it arguments in the form it's actually expecting. r=smfr

5e08deefc8 changes made on 3/11: added support for License Agreement display on mount. optional argument 
is an .rsrc binary file which resources will be copied into the disk image using Apple's
ResMerger tool. Also enhanced logging.

3315eecd0d 66345: Flipping the switch on the editor reorg. 
libeditor is now just the base libraries; libcomposer covers
  the composer app.  Installing both in packages that used to
