aed7bf8ea4 Bug #282048 --> Add Thunderbird support for feed: urls. 
Allow the user to make thunderbird the default RSS client so we get feed urls from the browser.

Add subscription support for feed urls as they come in from the command line or DDE Requests.

This makes it much easier to get feeds from a browser into Thunderbird.

dde4e0b50f Bug #282429 --> Re-design Message Status Bars (junk bar & remote content bar) to be more flexible,

7988ce1465 Temporary work around to make thunderbird subscribe to newsgroups you are not already 
subscribed to when clicked on from an external browser. We force the url to get run once the 3-pane window is up.

unfortunately this causes at least 2 new windows to come up. We should try to streamline this by tapping into the
initial command line startup code that creates a window with a url.

cabfd7f149 Bug #213036 --> Land new mail attachment display for thunderbird. 
If you want the large icon version of this, set: mailnews.attachments.display.largeView to true.

Remove the flex on the message pane. This keeps us from properly remembering the height of the message pane in the various
3-pane configurations now that we generate the 3-pane dynamically.

Remove localstore.rdf information for the alternate 3-pane view xul file which we no longer use.
