5944cf6f12 Bug #202468 --> New SMTP Account Settings UI. 
Make it easier to manage multiple SMTP servers.
Add the ability to set unique smtp servers for each identity associated with an account.

1c7a6361be Make nsXULElement::GetChildNodes use the same (live) node list that 
nsGenericElement uses.  Bug 240633, r+sr=jst on the C++ changes, r=neil, sr=jst

ecc8a13881 Don't issue the compose-send-message until after we have tried to spell check the document 
and test for a subject.

This makes us not do the cert lookup against ldap directories until after all these dialogs are done.

91868b263a Bug #162640 --> kick out if we don't have a server instead of generating a JS exception. This fixes an error some users saw when they try to bring up a compose window and insead got a dialog saying the compose window could not be loaded.

f73f92095c Bug #213538 --> remove the MOZ_THUNDERBIRD ifdef in nsWebShell.cpp. Add moz thunderbird functionality to OnStartURI to kick 
non mail urls out to the operating system.

Also, break out a method on nsIMessenger for thunderbird which can be used to launch urls externally instead of doubling up inside
of loadUrl.
