2b4f1b252b Bug 322965 (relanding) - Allow building xulrunner with --disable-xul, this fixes dynamic builds which didn't have the correct linker flags and combines passwordmgr/satchel in one XPCOM module since they have symbol dependencies

dfe3e9b0bc Improve the CSSLoader API: make it clear which methods return results 
sync and which return async, move the handling of alternates more completely
into the CSSLoader, make it possible for observers to tell whether the load

9512e8f354 Bug 281988 - Chrome registry supports for the xpcnativewrappers=yes flag. Chrome packaging fixup to apply the xpcnativewrappers=yes flag to our application chrome packages for ffox/tbird. This also stops the repackaging of thunderbird chrome. r=mscott+bz a=drivers

4152e1ae96 Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing.
