b2d5b25c82 Bug 63083 mailnews makefiles use EXPORTS instead of INCLUDES. Part 4 - move *CID.h files to public directories if they are exported. r/sr=dmose. Removing the original files that are no longer needed.

36b7ed8d59 Bug #291259 --> Add a new preference, profile.force.migration which can be set to the name 
of the migrator we want to force migration from. Left empty, the user will see
the normal list of all available sources we can migrate from. If you give it a
value, we automatically force migration from that type without any user interaction. Very useful for small
businesses migrating from another email client.

e1daca3ce3 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. Also make CallGetService work the same way as CallGetComponent does, as far as using frozen/non-frozen interface to service manager. Bug 264456, r=darin.
