5d1c227024 #162239 POST document could not inherit charset from previous page if the previous charset is from autodetection.

added PrevDocCharset to markupViewer, and pass around previous document charset.
This charset is later used to load POST document.

7c4652cc16 Split strict mode into almost-standards and full-standards mode, where the only quirk in almost standards mode is the quirky inline box model. Remove previous fix for bug 151620.
