c50b46ff04 Added Page Properties (26889) and Page Colors dialogs (14344), removed debug menu only in release (27237), link dialog fixes (27308), lots of dialog rewrite to use titledbox instead of fieldset, rewrote insert table dialog to use boxes. Changed font size to use CSS strings, not <font size> for ui, but other bugs prevented inserting spans for size. Other small bug fixes. r=brade.

Fixed 18234 (move Advanced Edit button), 18485 (don't prompt for title with Save As), 16714 (undefined value for para. property combobox) and 18494 (add filename to window caption). 117195748b Removed string bundle code from nsEditor into EditorShell and added access for JavaScript. Moved most of Save document code into EditorShell and added filetype filters to save dialog. Placed Advanced Edit functionality in an overly file. Removed redundant entity strings, that are now in overlays, from DTD files.
