08a9d0c20b Don't include the static library util.o in all of the NSS shared libraries to prevent each shared library from getting its own copy of some of the NSS global symbols.

019de29c98 Move LoadableRoots.mcp.exp to _LoadableRoots.mcp.exp to match the new 
name of the project file that gets generated now that we use a new
build system, ie foo.xml gets improrted to _foo.mcp.  This ensures only
the symbols we want to export get exported.

3f4dd665cc We now use xml files to run the Mac builds. Deleting the mcp files that 
are no longer used as part of the build.

6fb5418f4e Fix for Bug 75950. The loadable root certs module on Mac caused 
an assertion every time when loaded because of 2 sets of PR_*
functions being loaded.
