7c3c962bb9 Fix bug # 172450: plug ever-increasing memory leaks. When new internet search results are added, old nodes were being removed, but old attributes hanging off of the old nodes need to be cleared out also (but, IFF there are no other references to the old search result nodes in the graph.) r=sgehani sr=jag

7e4c3987ab Add 'make install' target to build. It's "MRE-friendly". (See http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/MRE.html for details.) 
Changes:
* Added EXTRA_COMPONENTS variable to build.  Use it to automagically install files into the components dir.
* Added SYSINSTALL variable.  Use it install files onto the system.
* Move mozilla-config generation from configure to makefiles
* mozilla-config will now generate paths based upon the MRE-based directory layout.
* Generate mozilla script from template

The installation heirarchy currently looks like:
$prefix -> /bin/mozilla
           /bin/mozilla-config
           /include/mozilla-ver/*
           /lib/mozilla-ver  (mozappdir)
                            /components
                            /res
                            /defaults
                            /chrome

There is preliminary build support for MRE dirs as well though the component manager hasn't had MRE support added yet.

$prefix -> /lib/mre/mre-ver  (mredir)
                            /components

b9772d48fe Fixing bug 120899. Changing the NS_WARN_IF_FALSE() macro so that it can't be mis-used in optimized builds. This change makes the macro not usable in expressions that are supposed to be evaluated in release code since the macro now expands to nothing in non-debug builds.
