554bf97dfe Move implementation of HTML label element entirely into the content model so that it can have any display type: implement the event-munging and accesskey support in nsHTMLLabelElement. 568563a1cc Fix for bug 124990, Add additional processing loop for DOM event listeners to allow browser level handlers to be fired after content based listeners. r:saari, sr:jst 
Browser based listeners can now registers themselves using the AddGroupedEventListener and passing the system event group (which can be gotten via the nsIDOMEventReceiver interface).  These listeners will now fire after all content based listeners have processed.
In this initial version of the checkin most browser listeners are still left in the original content group for stability purposes.

01634657fa - Implement the :checked CSS pseudoclass which maps to the "selected" property on option elements. 
- Eliminate the _moz-option-selected attribute; move the actual selected state into the option content node.
- Change all users of _moz-option-selected to use :checked.
- Add a third parameter to nsIDocument[Observer]::ContentStatesChanged to indicate which pseudoclass changed, this is used for optimizing handling of :checked state changes.
