43628f9edf More nsIPresShell deCOMtamination: 
- Made Get/SetAuthorStyleDisabled and ReconstructStyleData non-virtual when called internally.
- Inlined GetFrameSelection and renamed it to FrameSelection.
- Removed non-inline version of GetViewManager.
- Removed unused EnablePrefStyleRules and ArePrefStyleRulesEnabled.

Bug 253889, r+sr=roc.

b5347dd60c Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 51b17b5bf0 Bug 88413: Remove |GetUnicode()| from nsString (and replace it with |get()|). r=dbaron, rs=scc. 
This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

495826cccc nsIPref is no longer passed around through inits on webshell, content viewers and presContext. In places where it is needed, it can be retrieved from the service manager. I removed a number of the getters and setters for prefs as the prefs will be the same from the service manager so we don't need getters. r=waterson a=rickg

be8bf3fd76 api change to nsIWebShell and nsIDocumentLoaderObserver. I've replaced all the old method delarations with the new versions. We now pass 'nsresult' types into the On*() methods instead of PRInt32. The PRInt32 arg type was causing data loss. 
I also checked in a fix for bug 10848 (which prompted the api change), and 10549 (these changes were in nsWebShell.cpp).
