06d57ca345 NO_NSPR_PRIVATE_HEADER_BRANCH landing. Removed the inclusions of 
private NSPR headers (prosdep.h and primpl.h) from the Mozilla source.
The part of prosdep.h that is actually needed by Mozilla was extracted
and put in the new file mozilla/include/xp_path.h.

5473c9c1b2 M include/net.h 
Adding two new url_struct attributes. uint32 localIP (can be set to specify a local ip address to bing the connecting socket to), boolean bypassProxy (can be set to skip over any proxies that would've been used.

3d17427a85 Landed privacy features from PRIVACY_BRANCH_070898; Transaction Receipts 
and Privacy Policies are still switched off, so mozilla/privacy doesn't
build by default.

4016c14fb8 Better fix for Guha bustage... requires a prototype addition in net.h for NET_GetQuickURL() though. Removed #include "mkutils.h" from glue.h as its a private Netlib header file.
