2b6aefd555 Port Bug #234541 --> Crash when clicking on a mailto url from 3rd party apps in OS X 
because we are trying to bring up browser.xul in thunderbird.

This ports the 0.6 thunderbird url launching code which bypasses calls to OpenBrowserWindow. All new code
is under thunderbird ifdef to avoid complicating firefox.

b37f639a68 Bug #231032 --> if we are passed a mailto url at the command line and there are other arguments after the mailto url, treat them as part of the mailto subject. This happens when web pages use unencoded spaces in mailto urls. Act like Outlook and properly handle this poorly formatted condition.

94ab0fd593 203077 - Rename Firefox profile data folder from Phoenix to Firefox. 
Make sure the migration FE does not show when the app is launched with -ProfileWizard or -CreateProfile, as these use cases do not imply automigration.

e5ad15e520 Rename {nsIDocument,nsIDocumentObserver,nsIFrame}::ContentChanged to CharacterDataChanged, since that's the only thing it's used for. Replace its nsISupports* parameter with a PRBool, since we don't need to allocate an object to pass a boolean parameter. Remove some (but probably not all) unneeded implementations on frames whose content is never a text node. b=234960 r+sr=jst

3d8a7179f8 Improve the way in which nsEvent and its subclasses are initialized. Commonly-used members can now be initialized via an inline constructor, and all other members are initialized to zero. eventStructType is set automatically. This also fixes some cases where an eventStructType was doubling as a message -- NS_TEXT_EVENT is now only used as an eventStructType, with a message of NS_TEXT_TEXT. NS_COMPOSITION_* events get an eventStructType of NS_COMPOSITION_EVENT, and ditto for NS_RECONVERSION_*. NS_DRAGDROP_EVENT is no longer an eventStructType since it is not a unique type of struct. There is also some miscellaneous cleanup to nsDOMEvent. Bug 220228, r=jst, sr=blizzard.

b5347dd60c Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell.
