3e7ec47037 bug 82983, r=jag, sr=ben, don't pass a name for bookmarks properties dialog so that we don't try to reuse an existing dialog, also set dialog as dependent so that properties dialogs will go away when the bookmarks window gets closed

e01c802869 Doh! Fixing build bustage due to my landing of fix for #89019. We have to have different targets for Carbon and Classic due to linkage issues with the OT libs OpenTransportAppPPC.o and OpenTptInetPPC.o that are required for Classic.

4473c66dd8 Fix Solaris (and probably others) runtime failures: 
1) zero out the memory we used to create out module lists so they wind
up null terminated at the end.
	2) fix the lookup code for the secmod.db so that the '=' get properly removed.
	3) turn off attempts to do AddPermDB until we get the encode stuff working.

don't allow gc's during script hooks if CAUTIOUS_SCRIPTHOOK is defined (which it is, by default.)  Should help with stability until we can fix the real problems.
Use JSVAL_ macros instead of JSD_* calls in jsdValue::GetJSType method, avoiding two c++ frames per call.

9ebba0424d Bugzilla bug 94153: destroys the arena lock in PL_ArenaFinish. Also don't 
need to hold the lock when destroying the arenas on the arena freelist.
The patch to destroy the arena lock was contributed by jeff@NerdOne.com.
