90f810b66a bug #85271: sr=waterson, r={beard, jag, dbaron}, a=asa. Eliminate features of |nsXPIDLC?String| that keep it out of the string hierarchy (i.e., using assigment to rebind ownership, static |Copy| members, and |getter_Shares|), fixing some leaks in the process.

6b27c51a9e fixes for bugs 27790 33649 37003 37004 37257 45499 45761 50009 48276. this is a rewrite of much of the DND code for linux. some of the big features include multiple item drags inside of mozilla, support for _NETSCAPE_URL memory leak fixes and tree scrolling during drags. r=pavlov a=brendan

aed9e69bf5 Fix for bug #31709. Make sure to initialize the return value so that targetListFromTransArr() won't return garbage if the array is empty. This fixes a crash when doing a ctrl-drag in mailnews with imap.

bbcd57a6e5 fix for #27791. assume that any drag motion events are not valid drop targets unless someone explicitly sets the canDrop = true in the JS event handler. this makes dragging feedback correct on linux. r=pavlov

fc7f0cd5c0 Reduces # of header files included. This work needs to spread out into all of mozilla/widget though as many things are getting drug in that don't need to be by things outside of mozilla/widget/src/gtk. I tested this on both egcs and gcc 2.7.2.3, so should be okay. 
Also includes an nsAutoCString usage in nsPopUpMenu.cpp.
