fbe40219c9 Bug 63558, we now store XML declaration in the document and can serialize it. There is fix for 158617 as well, newlines behave properly around doctype. r=bzbarsky, sr=jst.

8946598190 Bug 152725 - Get URL passed to cookie module from document principal, not document URL. 
THis ensures that cookies set by javascript URL pages are set in the correct domain.

7c4652cc16 Split strict mode into almost-standards and full-standards mode, where the only quirk in almost standards mode is the quirky inline box model. Remove previous fix for bug 151620. 7e4c3987ab Add 'make install' target to build. It's "MRE-friendly". (See http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/MRE.html for details.) 
Changes:
* Added EXTRA_COMPONENTS variable to build.  Use it to automagically install files into the components dir.
* Added SYSINSTALL variable.  Use it install files onto the system.
* Move mozilla-config generation from configure to makefiles
* mozilla-config will now generate paths based upon the MRE-based directory layout.
* Generate mozilla script from template

The installation heirarchy currently looks like:
$prefix -> /bin/mozilla
           /bin/mozilla-config
           /include/mozilla-ver/*
           /lib/mozilla-ver  (mozappdir)
                            /components
                            /res
                            /defaults
                            /chrome

There is preliminary build support for MRE dirs as well though the component manager hasn't had MRE support added yet.

$prefix -> /lib/mre/mre-ver  (mredir)
                            /components

568563a1cc Fix for bug 124990, Add additional processing loop for DOM event listeners to allow browser level handlers to be fired after content based listeners. r:saari, sr:jst 
Browser based listeners can now registers themselves using the AddGroupedEventListener and passing the system event group (which can be gotten via the nsIDOMEventReceiver interface).  These listeners will now fire after all content based listeners have processed.
In this initial version of the checkin most browser listeners are still left in the original content group for stability purposes.
