fc36fdcf8f not part of default build. 
updating wince shunt layer:
  upgrading to window mobile v6 sdk
  removing mozce_ prefix from functions
  removing stub fuctions which are not supported on windows mobile v6

upgrading tools to work with msys and v6 sdk.

removing old visual studio projects.
