Part of makefile clean up for windows. Changes include removing old cruft, giving each
...
component it's own module name (this helps clear up problems with the xp connect type lib
name for each component), making sure libs built in src directories have _s suffix as
they are static libraries and unifying component names with "msg" prefixes.
Also removed extraneous CPP_SRCS info.
