5370786bac Fix for 21469. r=jefft. Deleting a message in a thread now goes to the next message and scrolls 
to it so that you don't lose your place in the thread pane.  More work on 26456.  r=alecf.
Some performance improvements for loading folders by speeding up building up a uri.

7893976449 turn the password back into an attribute so I can access it from HTML forms. 
Created new GetPasswordWithUI which is the equivalent of getpassword(PR_TRUE..)

cdf5a4417a clean up folder and server naming: 
- prettyName is now a unicode string and lives in nsIFolder
- servers now have the automatic pretty name of "userid on servername" and can be overridden
- name consolidation is complete

43391c2dca Separate the widget and gfx toolkits into two variables. 
Instead of MOZ_TOOLKIT, we now have MOZ_WIDGET_TOOLKIT and MOZ_GFX_TOOLKIT.
There is also a new configure flag, --enable-gfx-toolkit which does what its
name implies.
The configure script should continue to work as before.

8b1231e0ae Renamed OnStartBinding/OnStopBinding to OnStartRequest/OnStopRequest (removing the redundant ones from necko). Numerous necko fixes. Necko now using nsIPrompt interface instead of nsINetSupport.

170ca8965c Part of makefile clean up for windows. Changes include removing old cruft, giving each 
component it's own module name (this helps clear up problems with the xp connect type lib
name for each component), making sure libs built in src directories have _s suffix as
they are static libraries and unifying component names with "msg" prefixes.
Also removed extraneous CPP_SRCS info.
