659b2712ed Fix problem with NS_IF_ADDREF on member variables inside of const 
member functions.  This includes removing all references to
NS_DEF_PTR and the including of nsIPtr.h

ca9ff84fe2 Added Unix makefiles (that really do not do anything) 
Added Arguments and Jarfile variables to the Install object which
are now being reflected into js.
Fixed how ExtractJarFile in Install was working
Hooked up to libjar.

** These changes are not part of the Tinderbox builds **
