93d4002a3c Bugzilla Bug 353427: changed PL_FPrintError to use PR_ErrorToName to avoid 
duplicating the error table.  This fixed an array index out of bounds error
reported by Klockwork as a by-product. r=nelsonb.

239418bfc3 Take account of the fact that NSView's convertRect:toView:nil does not respect that our custom view (ChildView) is flipped. We do this by adding the height of the view's rect, to correctly place the view's origin in the top-left. 
This fixes WidgetToScreen() and in effect makes nsIFrame::GetScreenRect() and nsIFrame::GetScreenRectExternal() behave correctly on cocoa widgets.
