aebeaaee68 Fix mingw 3.3.1/3.3.3 bustage. 
Follow MSVC as much as possible by requiring proper dllimport/dllexport declarations.
Remove dllimport/dllexport declarations from all nsXPTCStubBase functions and just export the class itself.

d6862f7987 Add NS_LIKELY and NS_UNLIKELY macros that can be used to give the compiler branch probability information. Make NS_SUCCEEDED and NS_FAILED use these macros so that we optimize for the success case. Bug 236753, r+sr=dbaron.
