79c62ac5b7 Get rid of gcc3's numerous warnings about using <new.h> instead of <new> by creating a new #define, NEW_H, which should be used instead of <new.h> or <new>. This is so we can continue to support a couple of braindead compilers that don't accept <new>. Bug 155852, r=cls.

c0b306795b Make nsSharable[C]String writable by overriding appropriate methods. Ensure that it doesn't store null buffer handle pointer internally, and override get() on nsXPIDL[C]String for backwards-compatibility. Collapse nsSharedBufferHandle and nsFlexBufferHandle into nsSharedBufferHandle which knows its length but can't have a storage start distinct from its data start. Convert string users who were working around broken nsSharableString::Assign back to using it. b=104663, 100751, 74726 r=jag sr=scc

9288eb059b Checking in scc's fix for blocker bug 62818, nsSlidingSubstring::GetReadableFragment(..., kFragmentAt, ...) wasn't implemented and that caused a crash when serializing HTML to plain text. r=me.

3e62b3f9f3 Changes to parser to allow less copying. Use of the new nsSliding[Sub]String classes so that tokens can hold substrings that keep references into the scanner buffer. Cleaned up token interface and general string usage. r=harishd, heikki sr=jst
