468d3e2e8d Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. b5347dd60c Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 71e5d724e5 fix for bug 209220 - now that i18n APIs take ASCII charset names, update consumers to avoid excess conversions.. which usually means storing charset names as ASCII and updating a few other APIs

c44337949a Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. Turn on nsRefPtr (bug 104346), and change nsDerivedSafe to not declare AddRef and Release explicitly virtual, r=jag, sr=dbaron.

6278746fdf Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. Make nsIFrame::GetStyleData be a non-inline virtual function when called from outside of layout, since the nsStyleContext implementation won't be available to those callers. r=dbaron, sr=bzbarsky.

f9abb6e3c9 #109291, "document.*Color is empty". 
Fix our DOM color  properties to work like on other browsers. For example, when no body bgcolor is explicitely specified, we will return the default bgcolor instead of just returning null. Same thing with text color, visited link color etc.

ec7aeceee0 Fixes for printing bugs 84017 and 89151. The fix for bug 84017 removes the need for a resize reflow to get form frame values to print. The restoration of these values into the new frame model is done as part of the initial reflow. The fix for bug 89151 gets rid of the extra frame model built and forces printed images to come out of the decoded image cache. r=darinf, heikki, sr=rpotts
