f7573b9262 Bug #307290 --> this synchs us up with how Firefox manages the release notes url by putting the 
app version into the url string. And it cleans
up some duplicated loadThrobberUrl cruft that I've been meaning to get to.

I also renamed the release notes url resource ID to make it easier for localizers.

e84fbeeb39 Bug #223292 --> Default mailViews.dat contains hardcoded English descriptions 
add a prettyName attribute to a mail view just like we currently do for mail
folders. Similar to the way we handle mail folders, if the raw name of the mail
view matches one of our default views, then we look up the translated pretty
name and return it as the pretty name.

7be0c125c4 Bug #263255 --> more improvements for the group by sort feature. 
Don't re-order the thread pane based on the group attribute. Always use the subject field for the dummy row title.

Make all of the attributes use dummy rows instead of just date. The exception is the subject which won't use a dummy row.

99aca74e66 Bug 3253776 --> Get New Mail for the RSS account fails if chosen from the get new mail toolbar button drop down. 
If the server doesn't have an inbox to ask for new mail, just pass in the root folder and let the incoming server figure it out.
