08e9d026e0 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed. 59c2bfe187 fix for bug 195262: 
- convert atoms to UTF8 because 99% of the time, that is what they are used for
- add support for static atoms, where the strings are declared in a large const array and not copied into the heap

this is an experimental landing - if there are performance issues, I will back it out.
