0fd707f56a NSSCryptoContext_ImportCertificate cannot inform the caller that the cert already exists as a temp cert, is is necessary to work around this in CERT_NewTempCertificate by doing a lookup on the cert after it was imported.

03c2f76643 Fix for Bug#124519 
Transapent infromation was not being displayed properly, due to the fact that it was being removed by the Optimise() function.  This was ok, until Optimise was actually being called, which it is now, becuase of the checkin for bug 104999.
