52084caad8 Change to how overflow is handled for absolutely positioned elements. 
We no longer use nsIAraeFrame and now it's folded into the overflow
area in the reflow metrics

88c4d96e2c Folded reflow functions into nsIFrame and eliminated nsIFrameReflow and 
nsIHTMLReflow. This saves 4 bytes per frame and cleans things up

6a355cdc1f Adding the NS_ISTYLEDCONTENT_IID to the nsHTMLIID files, so that HTML content 
can see it (makes the QueryInterface macro work).

7eac0bfdac Separated reflow process out of nsIFrame and into nsIFrameReflow. Also
