729dbf9f2e Bug 99117 - mailnews problems using turbo. This is the cause of one of them anyway. When clearing user prefs on a profile switch, don't unhash (destroy) the pref because it may also have a default value which needs to remain. r=bnesse/sr=alecf/a=dbaron

instead of using PR_smprintf to construct each user_pref line to the preferences, store it all in a smart cconcatination string - reduces pref allocations at shutdown by 3x
