df6fe78af1 WebDAV, NPOTB. 
- Simplify interfaces by losing implicit parameterization through data on
  subtypes.
- Add ResourceWithLock for manipulating locked resources.
- Lose the thinnest OSL-creation wrapper functions; they were just dead
  boilerplate weight.
