0f9b7ce5cc Convert various GetDocument() callers in XBL to using GetOwnerDoc() or 
GetCurrentDoc() depending on which they want.  This lays the groundwork for

4152e1ae96 Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing.
