2cd2ca6bac WinCE mods (2nd try). Use NSPR for file system I/O on WinCE. 
Change algorithm for selecting files to read for seeding the PRNG.
Old algorithm sometimes read very few files if opens failed.

4d77c9231f On WinCE, DBM's dbopen uses NSPR file open flags rather than libc's 
file open flags (which are not defined on WinCE).

0accf74f66 Stop linking in wsock32.lib and winmm.lib on Windows. We haven't needed 
these since we started linking with NSPR's DLLs, and they don't exist
on WinCE.

fdada2d673 Back out win_rand changes. The changes used NSPR for file I/O instead 
of using libc.  But some of our DLLs don't link against NSPR :-(.
