95f6d098e3 Update REQUIRES so that we do not accidentally build using the system headers of jpeg,zlib,png,mng when we are supposed to be building using the Mozilla copies of these libraries.

18986ada3f Land STATIC_BUILD_20010612_BRANCH, which supports building mozilla with components statically linked into the executable, as well as 'meta modules' that combine components into uber-DLLs.

a26020ddae Moved static MOZ_COMPONENT_NSPR_LIBS, MOZ_COMPONENT_XPCOM_LIBS, MOZ_COMPONENT_LIBS definitions from configure.in to config.mk. Replaced -lxpcom in Makefiles to $(XPCOM_LIBS) so that we can optionally link against -lboehm when needed. Bug #31287

ea05167e43 Added GetInputStream function to nsJAR in order to extract files into memory rather than to disk. Created nsJARInputStream to carry this data. Most of the code for this change went into nsZipArchive, which now handles either file output or output to memory. bug=16077 r=dveditz
