6278746fdf Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. Make nsIFrame::GetStyleData be a non-inline virtual function when called from outside of layout, since the nsStyleContext implementation won't be available to those callers. r=dbaron, sr=bzbarsky.

  - Modified PositionAt() to check if the node is in the traversal range.

f01d5624ca Bug 167921 - allow web pages to use preventDefault so that typeaheadfind doesn't interfere with them. r=kyle, sr=brendan. Also fixes bug 165315 - typeaheadfind shouldn't hardcode kbd shortcuts, bug 77704 - add accelerator for find prev (also added menu item). Also fixes bug 167783 - ctrl+g for typeaheadfind after repeating characters.       method of nsISelectionController and nsIFrameSelection.
      Updated all callers to pass new arg.

    - Modified selection to post a plevent to call which does the
      call to ScrollIntoView() in the async ScrollIntoView() case.

    - Edits in text widgets now use asynchronous reflow, paint,
      and scroll processing full time.

    - Removed redundant ScrollSelectionIntoView() calls in the
      editor event listeners.

    - Editor IME code now forced to flush reflows and paints before
      getting caret coordinates.

aab415c282 Fixes bug 66597, bug 103284, bug 114440, bug 120023, bug 128741, bug 19259.
