57faa09874 fix bug 125084. Add support for empty arrays in nsIVariant. This is expressed as atype id rather than as a regular array with no elements. 1c7f2a930e the HP compiler says that anonymous unions can't even have structs. So the union must be named. Fixing that bustage

56d5ad0b43 got rid of |NS_IMPL_ISUPPORTS|, where possible, in favor of |NS_IMPL_ISUPPORTS0| or ...1 according to the specific use; got rid of |NS_DEFINE_IID| where possible, or where it should have been |NS_DEFINE_CID|; fixed bad implementations of |QueryInterface|, where possible. Built, tested apprunner, reviewed the changes with hyatt (since he was around to look) before checking in

0669aa2ebf This MUST be fixed in some other way. This is a temporary fix for the HP build bustage that Warren okayed as this code isn't in use elsewhere. This is just commenting out the bad code, not fixing it.
