dc7e857400 bug 100649: Length() being used where IsEmpty() is meant 
treewide changes to convert incorrect usages of string.Length() to string.IsEmpty().

929cad272b Bug 141295 and 153681 - fix some timing problems with initial focus. Make sure that window watcher's activeWindow accurately reflects the last window to receive an NS_ACTIVATE. Remove the GetFocusController API from nsIDocument, since the focus controller can now be obtained for the entire lifetime of the document by using GetContainer(). Cleaned up some methods on nsEventStateManager/nsIEventStateManager that were virtual for no reason. r=danm, sr=jst.

8db35965a8 r=dbaron, sr=dougt. 97667. nsIInterfaceRequestor is now frozen. nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h is now required if you want to use do_GetInterface() for convenience. The two were split because the stuff that is now in nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h wasn't ready for freezing. Also, .idl files should just contain interface defs anyway.

51b17b5bf0 Bug 88413: Remove |GetUnicode()| from nsString (and replace it with |get()|). r=dbaron, rs=scc. 
This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

b10d4adc57 Fix for bug 46861. nsIDOMWindow is now split into two interfaces: a public interface (still called nsIDOMWindow) for embedders and an internal interface (nsIDOMWindowInternal) for internal use. The union of the two interfaces is still visible from JavaScript. r=jst@netscape.com

bb4fcd441e enumerators GetNext() now returns the current window and then immediately advances to the next, rather than holding the last window and advancing before returning. fixes a skip when windows are deleted beneath them. bug 39633. r=bryner@netscape.com

21c1012e1b removed errant |QueryInterface()|s in favor of appropriate macros, as part of bug#23737. Changed |NS_DEFINE_IID| to |NS_DEFINE_CID| where appropriate; or else removed it, and fixed up clients to use |NS_GET_IID| in the appropriate spots. Built and ran pre-checkin tests. r=pinkerton
