1cfee47012 Keep track of whether a title has been set in the document, not in the sink.

d40ad89f55 Bugs from CalDAV Calconnect interop. 
- Use uppercase property names until 277978 is fixed.
- Don't set empty-string properties, because some servers don't like them.

fc73c6b447 Get rid of automatic append of 'calendar/' to preference. This means that existing users will need to change their preference to include that string. Also tweak a few dumps and comments. Not part of the build.

0176a48d48 This checkin provides a sketch of how I plan to re-implement the 
NewWindowListener mechanism.  Next step will be to continue to try to
get it working.
