191411b358 Landing big set of DOM and XPConnect changes: 
DOM: getting rid of JS_GetContextPrivate wherever possible. Use static parent
links where we can. When we do need to find this info about the caller
we call a function that knows how to get that info rather than inline calls
to JS_GetContextPrivate. This is all required for calling DOM objects on
non-DOM JSContexts as we do via xpconnect.

XPConnect: basic refactoring work to disassociate wrappers from the JSContext
that was active when the wrapper was constructed. This allows for calling into
wrapped JS objects on the right JSContext and for proper grouping of wrapped
native objects so that they can share proto objects. This also allows for
better sharing of objects and lays the foundations for threadsafety and
interface flattening.

Also, xpconnect tests are reorganized and improved.

5f2a780227 Fixing the updating of the frame for when the label changes (i.e. via script) 
sends back a reflow hint. It also checks to see if the primary frame is a combobox
and asks it to refresh its display

c4bfbf18ff reworked attribute storage to seperate attributes mapped in to style from 
those that aren't
This lets the style system optimize style contexts better.

4bd141876c gfx vs native widget rendering can now be specified in the viewer at run-time. 
Added methods to GetWidgetRenderingMode and SetWidgetRenderingMode in nsPresContext
Removed NS_GFX_RENDER_FORM_ELEMENTS define, now it uses the GetWidgetRenderingMode
method on the rendering context.
Resurrected Rod's listbox frame-based widget code.
Added -moz-option-selected pseudo attribute to control the appearance of selected items for the listbox frame-based widget.
Added a style rule with attribute selector for -moz-option-selected to the ua.css style sheet.
Modifed nsView::SetVFlags to do a bitwise or instead of bitwise and to set flags.
Modified nsView::HandleEvent to compare mVFlags with NS_VIEW_FLAG_DONT_CHECK_CHILDREN

51147256cd Added a new method, GetStyleHintForAttributeChange() to nsIHTMLContent and implemented it in all the HTML content classes. The method is used by the HTML style sheet to get a style change hint from the content object when an attribute of the content object changes.
