466eb9093d Bugs 65848 and 75031, support for application/xml and application/xhtml+xml mime types. This also fixes almost all of content to use NS_LITERAL_STRING instead of NS_ConvertASCIItoUCS2. r=harishd, valeski (mime types), sr=vidur.

8eaf45f1c4 Move the destruction from the destructor into its |Destroy| method so that the document viewer is not prevented from being deleted by the cycles it would have broken in its destructor. b23e7af50b This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and 
the printing of headers and footers.
Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.

2fc6190bef small but pervasive change to make nsIDOMSelection an xpidl interface. also broke it into 2 interfaces, nsISelection and nsISelectionPrivate. moved nsIDOMSelectionListener also to xpidl. these new idl files live in layout/base/public. r=sfraser, r=anthonyd bug 48575
