6278746fdf Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. Make nsIFrame::GetStyleData be a non-inline virtual function when called from outside of layout, since the nsStyleContext implementation won't be available to those callers. r=dbaron, sr=bzbarsky.

43c613727c Bug 55086. Change nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView() to position child views. Eliminate the |aView| parameter from that method, because the view can be retrieved from the frame and need not be done by the caller. Eliminate the NS_FRAME_NO_MOVE_CHILD_VIEWS flag, which was read-only; i.e., never set by anyone. r=dbaron, sr=attinasi

47f205f65f new reflow/layout code for outer table to handle captions and margins. better % height handling. 
row groups and rows don't include external cellspacing in there dimensions. r=troy.

We no longer use nsIAraeFrame and now it's folded into the overflow
area in the reflow metrics

88c4d96e2c Folded reflow functions into nsIFrame and eliminated nsIFrameReflow and 
nsIHTMLReflow. This saves 4 bytes per frame and cleans things up

6b27e8cd0c Fix for bug #10395. Now we recalculate margins when we use the minimum or 
maximum value for the computed width/height. This applies to positioned
