c0d6080462 Bug 62589. Remove ad hoc timers from layout regression page cycler, collection regression data 200msec after page load has completed. 31a79a4925 bug 56432 () 
the problem was a factorial algorithm for finding primary frames.
fixed by added a hinting mechanism that takes advantage of existing
primary frame cache, greatly reducing the cost for the common case.

b0dbe3d498 Work in progress of async loading of SCRIPT and STYLE with SRC attributes. Content sinks can now return a BLOCK_PARSER return code, forcing the parser to block. nsIParser::EnableParser can be used to unblock. Also introduced nsIContentSink::SetParser.
