526f3693ae Consolidate gtk initialization to main(), which fixes inconsistencies with not calling gtk_set_locale(). We can do this now that we're not worrying about drop-in toolkit support. Bug 118478, patch by gelsoft@mx4.tiki.ne.jp, r=me, sr=blizzard.

59b76c88ef Add native app support for OSX mach-o builds. 
Fixes the 'Quit from dock not working' problem.
Allows certain files to be dragged to the dock icon.
Thanks to Mike Pinkerton <pinkerton@netscape.com> for the original patch.

814bf90c4c fix for #137886. Detect defunct previously migrated profiles and offer to re-migrate.

d6b987e7bf fix for bug 119923 - split nsIChromeRegistry into 2 interfaces, one that is XUL-specific 
this way we can implement an minimal chrome registry for embedding, that doesn't support all the wacky skin- and locale-switching goodness of XUL.

1da56ce4ff 44070: match browser and OS locale. r=alecf,sr=hyatt,a=asa. Match browser 
UI locale and system locale when intl.locale.matchOS == true; Runtime
only behavior; won't  write to disk. Fallback to default chrome locale when
matching langpacks are not installed.
