90ded85a0c remove tabs and some trailing white space from thunderbird's xul and js files.

5dfeb46196 use getService not createIstance for getting the account manager data source. minor code cleanup -- add a couple removeEventListener calls. remove a global variable that isn't used anywhere.

b6c35348c2 Bug #386698 --> don't use nsIURLFormatter::FormatUrlPref as that is causing start.xhtml to get loaded as a string bundle properties file. This was leading to a lot of noise in the console.

3e57d3dbda Bug #343933 --> images aren't getting loaded in the compose window after a save operation happens because nsMsgWindow::SetDOMWindow changes the app type to MAIL. Make callers explicitly set the app type instead of doing it in SetDOMWindow.

9cc5f41dd2 Bug #345251 --> remove calls to getojbectproperty on a DOM Window as that API is going away. While I'm here, clean up and simplifying nsIMsgStatusFeedback, nsimsgWindow. Combine nsIMsgWindowCommands and nsIMsgPaneController into a single interface.

Re-work the docshell auth prompt logic to disable prompts for any url running in chrome unless the chrome window

e7dec458b9 Bug #75866 --> Mark a message as read in JS instead of once for each mail protocol to simplify code. 
Hookup the JS function to a timer to allow users to only mark messages as read after they have
been viewed in the preview pane for a configurable number of seconds.

Land the new vertical 3-pane for thunderbird. Folder pane | Thread Pane | Message pane.
