88c4d96e2c Folded reflow functions into nsIFrame and eliminated nsIFrameReflow and 
nsIHTMLReflow. This saves 4 bytes per frame and cleans things up

9b88cc5f1d Added additional parameter to GetNext() that specifies whether the frame is 
removed from the path. This allows peeking at the next frame in the reflow
chain

d45ab8ecf7 This checkin (under mozilla/layout) is all about 'const'. Digital Unix's 
C++ compiler is strict about getting 'const' right.  Most of the changes
are to add 'const' to the type casts for the second argument of the
GetStyleData method, which wants a const reference.

45096aedf8 nsHTMLReflowCommand now has mAttribute, the attribute that triggered StyleChanged reflow 
for reflow commands of type other than StyleChanged, mAttribute is nsnull.
