3be83caf4b - Added results cache table 
- Front page graph now uses cache table by default (500x speedup)
- Modified comments query, (3x speedup)
- Modified perl scripts so they use a config file
- Added cake model caching directories

5d7aab8c53 - Fixed a bug where plain text is echoed in a select list 
- A new version of plotkit came out, and that is integrated here
- Fixed bug 354391
- Added MPL/GPL/LGPL to all files
